Staff is kind and honest
This is hands down the best dental office experience I've ever had. Needing dentures can be very embarrassing, but these ladies made sure I felt comfortable and not judged. I'm excited to get my dentures done by them.
I was very skeptical after getting my teeth pulled, and the way I looked, but Dr. Rod kept assuring me that they would look great in the end. He wasn’t lying I love my new smile. Dr. Rod and his staff was very caring and helpful from day one.
My anxiety level was high while waiting for the doctor to come in, Which was longer than I had anticipated. However, once he came in, the confidence in his voice and his professionalism reduce my anxiety. He thoroughly explained various options available and then said that one of his technicians would come in with all the pricing of the various Answering any questions we might have leaving the final decision up to me and my daughter. Got in pretty quick, dentist was super nice, and got me covered with everything I needed done. Room was super nice!! I wasnt expecting it to feel like my house lol, i loved it. No complaints here 😇
