Texoma Air pros have been absolutely great. Recently purchased a house they found a hole in the heat exchanger were prompt to find out the part was under warranty and installed it as soon as it came in. This was all during recent extreme cold snap. Had some follow up concerns and they were More than happy to send someone over to help and get me sorted. Can't say enough about these guys really appreciate them.
Great experience. Tanner arrived at my house in about 2 hours. Had my heat back on in about an hour. Very professional. Explained what the problem was and even got the part covered by warranty.
I cannot say enough good about these guys and gals. From the 1st phone call all the way till the service was done, they have been nothing but honest and upfront about what was wrong and what it was going to take to take care of the problem all the way to the end where the bill comes.
