I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership due to a severely disappointing customer service experience. After purchasing a truck in May, I encountered problems the very next day. Despite ongoing attempts to resolve these issues, they persist to this day in July. I am currently pursuing resolution through appropriate channels, including contacting local news station KSAT and consulting with my legal team, to address these unresolved issues and prevent others from experiencing similar difficulties.
