Purchased 2 HCS3-1201 in December 2024. End of February 2025 not even 90 days had major issues. Service on the machines is non existent. No one at Texmac can be reached on the phone. Sent a representative to fix and he has no clue. He has been to my location twice with no improvement. The third time he was supposed to visit was a no show. It has been 30 days and nothing has improved. Buyer beware no customer service at all. Do not purchase this product.

The technical support department is NON EXISTENT. Their representatives are impossible to get a hold of. They can not diagnose a problem. We have been dealing with a broken HCD2 for over 3 months now. They just keep selling us parts that do not work. Most independent technicians do not service this brand. I would love for someone from Texmac to respond to this since emails and phone calls do not work. I will say the sales department has been more helpful than technical support.
