They lost my rental history and they said they’d contact the VP to get my records. I called and emailed them multiple times and I always got the same thing that the VP was traveling and would get back as soon as she was able…but they never did get back to me. Their way of dismissing past clients. Texla's response to my review is exactly what the apartment complex said to me already. Over the phone, I was told Texla could look into it.
Great company!! Highly recommend!
