They destroy my credit. Lost 65 points and they told me they sent me letters and said they tried to contact me for 30 days. I asked them how come I didn't receive any messages. I also told them I couldn't get into my account and when I tried calling during this pandemic they where busy and couldn't help me. I also paid the $89 I was unaware of and they told the negative item would be removed from my account it's still there. Just a crying shame.
The amount of time a person has to wait in the drive up line is atrocious. Even when I am the only person there and am just cashing two checks the least amount of time I wait is ten minutes! Forget about it when there are multiple cars in line. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. Why don't you hire addition clerks? Also, your phone system is ridiculous. It is nearly impossible to get through to anyone, and if you do it takes forever. I wish I had that much time to waste but I just don't.
I have had nothing but bad experiences with this credit union. It is almost impossible to get ahold of someone within a reasonable amount of time. The process they use to post transactions in unethical. They are a fee driven bank just like First National. I will be moving my business else where.
Great all around. Recently just added the dollar club for a youngest. They did a great job welcoming her and setting up all the accounts.
