Went in today to deposit $400 into my savings account- with 4, $100 bills. Teller was making small talk with me about weather, and I didn’t think anything of it. Glad I checked my receipt before I left- noticed she had only added $100 to my account. I’m guessing she was going to pocket my other $300 in cash. I quickly stopped in my tracks and returned to her asking if she could explain the balance. She said, ‘Oh I only added 100’ and I said ‘yeah and I gave you 400‘. Nope Nope 👎🏻 this bank is a joke two months I had many issues with this bank on making payments! They promised it would be fixed this month and guess what its not! They do not care about the clients they rather you pay late fees and everything else! Im tired of this company!
For something I didn’t have anything to do with- now my money is tied up for 7-14 days due to an investigation. How about- I cannot be in 2 cities over 5 hours apart at the same time?!?! There ya go- now give me my money! This is ridiculous! OR keep up with extraco and their fraud alert app that notifies you AT THAT VERY moment and you can freeze and unfreeze your card so it does happen over and over and Texell is closed so there is nothing you can do about it. Texell notifies me hours later. Great job �
