Texcellent was contracted to install soft start devices on my 2 hvac units. Troy was my technician and he went above and beyond to provide me with details of what he was doing. I had questions and he was very willing to provide me with the answers along the way. One of my units was a bit of a challenge because of its age, but Troy took the time to work through any issues that arose. Job well done. Thanks Troy!!

Texcellent was referred to me by Santhoff Plumbing as I have had several repairs by the latter and was always very happy with their service technicians....Well, Texcellent is no different, Technician arrived on time, analyzed potential issues in detail of repairing now versus later, tech was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable....As I can say is that I found my New Air Conditioning Service Company as I was very happy with results...Also, their communication with me was good...!!!!! I was getting coffee at Sycamore Grounds Coffee and was surprised by the generosity and kindness of the owner of Texcellent (Terry). He had left his card at the counter and told the staff to pay for other people's coffee just to brighten their day! I sat down and spoke with Terry after I grabbed by coffee.
