One of the best places to do business is Texas Federal Gulf Wharton. We always get “excellent” service every time we walk in. The tellers do a variety of jobs....answer phones.....do the drive thru....and lobby inquires and transactions and more! They do every thing and more. Some times the urgency of meeting the customer demands cannot be personalized at each moment. But they try! Excellent customer service. The one thing I do not like about the EC branch is the customer service. When you walk in to make a change or inquire something on your account, no one greets you. The people in the offices just continue with their work and leave you standing there. There is no sign in sheet either. When you knock and step into their office to ask a question, you get a look as if you are a bother.
