I been a active member of the Credit Union for over 19 years with over 36 loan without no issues with 5 car loans without issues,everything was pay on time .I was trying to consolidate and get a 7000.00 loan and my understanding I was denied dues to past issues which 90 percent is doctor billing and I was always told y’all don’t look at them and I finally got credit scores to 600 and you rejected my Application I don’t know what else to do to prove to you that I am a loyal customer , can you educate me on what to do to prove... read more
Horrible customer service. Can never get anyone to answer phone or reply to online messages or emails. It takes weeks if you are lucky to get a reply. Worst credit union I have ever banked with.

El campo branch is crap! closed my checking and savings today and did not even get asked why. nothing but problems with this bank from day one!

I love my bank. I enjoy using the mobile app for quick info. I can move money around easily with no problems. The branch manager Michael Garza is a personal friend and my loan officer Stephanie Schoenberg is awesome. I’ve had nothing but the best experiences and service since I became a member. I’ve always strived for excellence myself in my own business and career and I get the same from this bank. It’s a pleasure to be a valued member.
