Agents do not work with this broker. They were rude, unresponsive and kept dragging me along about a $2,250.00 check they NEVER gave me. I was very concerned and upset and asked about it for months. At one point they “forgot” to keep up with their board membership and then refused to reinstate with them, which caused my MLS and Suprakey to not work, without them telling me anything about it! They COMPLETELY ghosted me, robbed me and my family of my earnings and still owe me money.
If you are an agent, BEWARE. They have kept multiple commissions of mine. Note they were my broker for over 5 years, I finally had to change brokers and that is costly in addition to the money they owe me. They still owe me about $12,000 and have ghosted me for over a month now. Additionally, they will not guide you in anything, unless it pertains to getting fees paid to them.
They should be shut down. They have stolen my referral fee that i was supposed to get from my own purchase on place. I was an agent of theirs for the last 2 years. They have since gone dark and neither Ron or Serena have said anything since.
These people are really professional. As a mortgage lender, I am comfortable listing on my own … but Taylor is so communicative she makes the whole process easy. I changed out a set of photos and had two open houses and Taylor was responsive and helpful all along. Highly recommend.
