Tour itself was ok. Tour guide was great and very friendly as well as our bus driver. The poor rating is directly related to the lack of customer service. Communications weren’t sent out when they said they would be. Then company stopped communicating with me regarding my refund. I had to go through my bank to get a refund for 1 person in my party. I was within the cancellation period and received confirmation I would get a refund. I reached out a few times and crickets. Still haven’t heard anything. Wouldn’t use them again.
Went with my girls & had an amazing time! Different varieties of wine and small bites to drink it down with. Will definitely be going again!
We have attended 2. Wouldve been 3 but I misread the dates on the one in our hometown. Great way to get out and find different areas we wouldve never explored. San Antonio's parking was a beast, but my small car took care of that. Ample parking in Temple/Belton and spaced out and had AC. We noticed less wineries at this past weekend's, but we still had a great time at a nice venue/location! A list of confirmed vendors might be a comfort for future attendees. I had such a good time at the wine fest on April 12, 2025 in belton texas. Everyone was nice and friendly and had so much information to give. The venue was beautiful. I will definitely go again and will recommend to everyone.
Disappointing! They advertise you will be visiting WINERIES in Fredericksburg. False! We got to the Fredericksburg border. We visited two wine bars that import wine. No wine made on site! What?? Then we visited a "winery" that actually makes its wine in Seguin (soon to be making on site) and gets their grapes from "various locations." No local Fredericksburg winery experiences or Texas wines made there. The Italian lunch was served in to-go containers brought in from some local take-out.
