This is BBQ??? – I've had a lot of BBQ in my life and other than one I had in NC once this is absolutely the worst ever. Small protions, dry, not meaty at all. BBQ beans... I saw the beans but I didn't see anything BBQ about them.
Great Ribs!! – This place has awesome ribs!! I loved the babybacks and chicken. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about since they don't have waitresses. I highly recommend this place. The fries were homemade and great!!
Disappointment! – Wow, what a let down. The regular plate order of baby back ribs were dry, very little meat and crusted. Probably got the weekend's leftovers. Tried to eat 1.5 bones and told the waitress it wasn't very good. She replaced the ribs with half of what the original order was. 5 ribs that were short, fatty and crusty. They put the sauce in a little cup on the side. The fries were in little pieces and soaked in grease. The cole slaw was completely dry and the beans half juice. What's up with that. Worth Every Penny!!! – When I walked in and saw the prices I said "ouch!" It was over $34.00 for my boyfriend and I to eat.......................and it was worth every single penny!!! The sauce was awesome. The beans were flavorful and NOT bland. The potatoe salad was seasoned just right with chunks of potatoes. The coleslaw was YUM!!! Blazing BBQ – Texas West has the best BBQ sandwiches! The meat is juicy and the sauce is fantastic. I have even taken my clients to lunch there. This is a role your sleves up and use lots of napkins restaurant! I would recommend it to any true BBQ lover.
