Unexperienced staff. I went in person in the morning to ask if the clinic offered the service I needed. I was told yes and advised to return at 2 PM. When I came back, I was informed they don’t provide that service. The staff need better training or the competency to confirm with their peers before giving an answer. Every hour counts when your pet is sick.
I brought in 3 large dogs on leashes one ran outside after being brought inside. I told the guy checking me I needed help my dog could go to busy street he replied he could not help. Luckily another guy tech ran outside with me and my helper and we got my dog back
