Walter was very helpful about which system I needed and did not try to over sell just to make an extra dollar. His crew was on time (actually early) for the install. They done an excellent job and went above and beyond what they were there to do. Both Walter and the install crew were very professional. I would recommend them and will definitely use Texas Water Softeners if I ever need anything again. Thanks guys for the fabulous install.
I love these guys! They came out in the rain to change out a 20+ year old Culligan system. Their work was top notch and they even hauled away the old equipment. Price was great and Walter didn't even get mad when he had to call me back later because I had screwed up writing the check. Debit card over the phone and they got paid. Cannot believe I goofed and made a mistake with the written part of the check. Senior moments are no fun, so I appreciate his courtesy and kindness with my goof. This company is by-far the best customer service I have EVER received. From the first phone call, the owner was very knowledgeable about the product and did not pressure purchase at any point. From point of purchase, the owner was very helpful with understanding of the finances involved and his staff installed the entire system with the upmost in-person customer service. Very professional and would highly recommend!!!
