I am retired and have owned dozens of water heaters (electric, natural gas, and LP propane). They have all lasted a minimum of 20 to 25 years. The State Water Heater (propane) was installed in lur new home in January 2019 and with a 6 year warranty it has now stopped working (gas valve failure) in January 2025. This is the lowest quality water heater I have ever owned and would caution anyone to avoid this brand.
