TVLC is amazing! Mars, who did my intake, was extremely thorough and professional in his examination and testing. Since I am low vision with quite an ocular history, he took the time to listen and took lots of notes to pass on to the doctor. Dr. Kim (optometrist), also listened attentively to my history. Normally visits to TVLC have been fine however the visit today was not acceptable. I was told that the visit today would be quick (10 to 15 mins) but it took almost 2 hrs. And they did not appear to be busy. I was given the impression that they did not care about my time. Very disappointing
