The servers I received there was very awesome. I can’t wait to get my procedure done there.
Dr. Chance is a great, knowledgeable and personable Doctor, who has a great bedside manner. All of my questions were answered by him when I called back also. Rebecca, Kimberly and Nicole were friendly and welcoming. Nicole was professional with the ultrasound scanning, and she introduced herself before touching me which is a huge PLUS for me. Keep up the great work!👍🏾🙂🙏🏾
They could not even get their appointments straight with their team! I arrived there after confirming THREE times that they had my treatment plan set up correctly on the 5 dates and times given, and was told that they did not receive the right paperwork from their person that scheduled it. So I was not able to get the first treatment on time. I didn’t know if they would be able to do it or not the same day. I live far away. This was my first visit to Texas vein experts and I'm very satisfied with the service that I received in the office. Dr Chance, the nurses assistants and the ultrasound tech were all very pleasant. I will be visiting again soon for a follow up and I'm looking forward to it. Follow up went well and I would like to thank the staff for their patience and kindness which helped make the procedure much more pleasant. Thanks, Donald Spencer
