I have experienced BOTH extremes from this company - after waiting a LONG time (5 months) for my permission to operate from CPS Energy. I finally got an appt last week and a certain JOE M. came to my place and very rudely stated that he cannot touch my system without my contractor. He left like he had other better things to do.
