Just started going here insurance paid the bill in it’s entirety but still they. Charged me a copay of $259 even worse they refused to provide me with an itemized receipt for days on top of that my job offers free prescription coverage they refused to send my script to the pharmacy of my choice saying their rep advised them I a pharmacy in Minnesota offered the best price … I needed a prior authorization they filled paperwork incorrectly it was and have yet to resend it … this place is horrible over a month and still no fill... read more
Went six months ago, Dr. Van Horn asked me to drop my trousers and proceeded to slap my belly 3 to 4 times. I’m not going back there, that was not professional at all it served no purpose
I came to this location several times to see Allen Van Horn. If you show up early you will still have to wait well past your appointment. All he ever did was continue to give me free samples of a drug that didn't work. That said after 2 months any reasonable person would know it's not going to work but gemtesa must be giving incentives if you push it. No marque to direct you to this office. They share with Texas Oncology. If that’s the sign you see what would you think? They fail to tell you in advance they are card only. There POS is in need of upgrade convenience store have a better POS. Staff friendly. That’s the only good on the first visit.
