0/10 Literally go anywhere else. This office staff is the worst ive ever seen. Countless calls to get appointments, or chat with the nurse about issues...and NEVER called back. Took a month to get an appointment made.....half dozen phone calls to do it. Hell, my last appointment, I sat in the patient room for 90 min and was never seen. I’m so grateful for Gloria that is working with DR Siddiqui. If it wasn’t for her we my son would be going to the hospital consistently. She is amazing. Everyone is kind.
Her staff is shitty and Dr Carr messed up my bladder very bad by putting chemo in it during surgery it’s been 3 months since surgery and is still very bad and I had surgery 6/2/26 and was in so much pain thought I had a UTI went to the ER 4 times and called and she never got back with me until 6/15/26 I wouldn’t refer her to anyone I now I have pre cancer Carson Oma and have been waiting on a referral to go to UT Southwest for approval for a new implant for chemo since 6/13-26 called today sorry mam I see nothing about a ref... read more
Dr. Nabil truly cares about his patients and follows up closely with them; he is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him for four years due to my difficult and complex condition, but I have improved significantly thanks to him. Thank you very much for everything you have done.
My doctor referred me to this urologist nabeel syed. I didn't check reviews because i believed my doctor. But since i start with this urologist 2 months always if i have concerns and call them they never ever called me back. They are the worst of the worst
