Place genuinely left me in disbelief. My payment was the most important to them , besides that Doctor was indifferent to my actual health , barely took the time to see me . Would expect better from a free clinic .
I’ve never seen anything like it. Scheduled an appointment in Mansfield and had to wait 2 mo the. The day of they told me it was in Dallas although I clearly stated I wanted Mansfield. The rescheduled me for another month later again in Dallas. Went to my appointment on the day of and they rescheduled me for the next day because they were so behind. Visit 12/03 . This place did a legal style robbery on me . I get that with my insurance one is expected to pay, but this was ridiculous . Doctor Toubin does not care , gave me prescription I was already given elsewhere , despite me telling him so . Hard to say much when they’re just trying to get out the door . I left that place stunned If you get referred here, I recommend you speak with your doctor to be sent anywhere else .
Visit 12/03 . Was referred here . Did not even get to do paperwork before he was already sending me out the door . I only got to express concerns by talking over the doctor , and still wasn’t fully addressed. Ridiculous
