After looking at the last reviews I considered that most reviews are based on negative experiences and not the positives. After seeing reviews about inability to reach the clinics, I can confirm that. I'm seeking a provider and have called twice, followed prompts, and had it ring endlessly. I obviously will be looking elsewhere. Not a good image to project to potential patients.

zero.neither the receptionists nor doctors can ever seem to get it together. Every time I call to get my medication they tell me it has been confirmed and approved by a doctor. They never can send it to the correct address which I update over the phone every time… A few times I called and they said I needed to check with my pharmacy to see why the meds hadn't been approved, yet when i call the pharmacy they usually (this has happened more than 3 times in the last 4 months) tell me the doctor hasn't even viewed or approved th... read more

After learning my loved one might have cancer, we saw the NP, hoping to get started on care. Unfortunately, she was dismissive and refused to order a simple urine test, even when I offered to pay cash. I had to push for an MRI, which she insisted would be difficult to get approved by insurance. Despite her reluctance, we had it approved and scheduled within three days. 12/2024: Dr mccurdy was very nice and made the procedure as close to pain free as possible. In and out in 45 minutes. Very nice person. Staff up front was also nice.
