They are horrible, and won't answer calls. Won't respond to my maintenance requests. When you call you get a recording that says “Not accepting phone calls”. I have mold in my shower won't repair it. There's a lot of Won't s
Please do not use this company, I sent them a very high end client and my client has been given the complete run around. They don’t answer calls or effectively handle transactions, they just keep saying they are in meetings. Lost a check in transit and take weeks to resolve. My client is still waiting on her tenants rent and have been under the management since August with only 1 payment made out to them as landlords. Ridiculous service, will never use them again.
This company does not honor any contract agreement that they have, they do not care about the properties that they manage, they are not honest, they will give you the run around and pretend as if you are the problem, they do not fix issues with the property when needed but they are ok with taking your rental payment. I have paid on time every month for more than 2 years and to be treated as if I am not a human being at all is very offensive and degrading.
