I bought 2 gravely Z. T. H. D 52 inch mowers last year in april from our local dealer here at Baytown motorsports, and they have had some of the absolute best customer service I think I've ever experienced with any machine. I travel to this dealership from Beaumont to get any and all work done on my Goldwing. The service manager Eric and his team are top notch professionals and their work integrity speaks volumes. I've met the owner and his son, both are very nice and care for their customers. There's an "at home" feeling when talking with the sales desk and back office staff. I highly recommend you stop by to let them earn your business.
Great service department. I bought a gravely zero turn mower and 1 headlight went out, so they ordered me a new set. Witch the mower is still under warranty they didn't give me no hassle. They called me when the new lights came in & replaced them on the stop.
Absolutely top notch dealership! From sales to service, these guys truly understand customer service. I had some warranty work i needed performed on a mower I had bought from them, and they got me in and out in just a few days.
