I was looking for a home inspector and after getting multiple quotes I decided to go with Andy. He was polite, friendly, and through on his report. He called me and gave a complete account of his inspection. I have used two other home inspectors prior and they were not nearly as professional as Andy. I would highly recommend anyone buying or selling a new home to give him a call!

Had a rush job and called Andy with Trusted Texas Home Inspections LLC and he was able to get an inspection in quickly. He spent 3 hours in a less than 1,200 sq ft house covering everything imaganable and provided me with not only photos (and air photos from a drone) of the location, house, and areas checked but over a 50 page document listing all items checked with items noted for review/repair. I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail and Andy Rees CPI answered. I needed a home inspection. Andy came out Tue at 10am as promised. I feel he did one of the most through inspections, I have ever had and i've been thru a few. I highly recommend him if you in need of dependable job done!
