Alyssa Nilan did an awesome job remembering my face and last name based on memory. It seems rare to have a worker that has the attention to detail she has. She provided excellent customer service.
They're just mediocre. You'll never acheive a banking relationship, especially a business one, with them. We've been a customer since 1999, with business and personal accounts. If you do finally find a contact person (our go to branch was Cedar Hill) willing to go the extra mile, the person ends up "no longer there". This bank just doesn't get it. I walked in to a very nice greeting from this young man name David Liguez. He was so professional and polite he helped me with my problems I was having. He walked me thru the fraud process got the forms filled out that was needed. Made me new cards wish me a Bless day when he was finished. I was so upset about the fraud that happened on my card but David made me feel so much better about the situation. Thank you David for your kindness that really goes a long way.
