We had received a quote for a new AC unit from another company. Some friends of ours referred us to Texas True Comfort and I’m glad they did. Called the office on a Thursday in kind of an emergency situation after another HVAC company quoted us through the roof! They sent a technician out as quick as they could, did a complete system diagnostic and gave us extremely competitive pricing! Just had our unit installed the morning in under 2.5 hours! Bought new AC and outside unit. They sent out a Mexican crew that didn't speak english, they disappeared before finishing and didn't tell me they didn't install the heater element (thank god i didn't turn on the heater to test it). Sent another sub contracted crew of mexicans out a week later to finish the job. Nothing was checked over or final inspected, they tore one of my ducts by stepping on it and disconnected another duct that I had to repair. Chris and his team are super honest, down to earth people who do great work! They have done not only the unit at our house but also the one at my mother's as well. We will be using them again in the future for all of our ac needs
