My Aunt was having problems with her furnace and I live in Utah so I tried to see what was going on with it and I reached and talked to Chris. His guys took care of everything and treated her like she was his aunt. They adjusted the gas valve, cleaned her flame sensor, pulled the blower motor and cleaned it outside, swapped out her capacitor and did a great job cleaning after themselves. I'm glad there are some fine folks out there when you need them.

We had received a quote for a new AC unit from another company. Some friends of ours referred us to Texas True Comfort and I’m glad they did. Chris and his team were able to get us a much better price on the unit and were out the next day to install it. Everyone was professional and efficient and we had a great experience. Texas True Comfort was such a blessing to our family! When our A/C unit failed us and we were left without any air conditioning and heating, we didn't know where to turn! Chris with Texas True Comfort is awesome! He has helped get my AC going multiple times. He was honest and fixed my AC when everyone else wanted to falsely claim I needed a new system. Integrity is he’s to find in this industry and Texas True Comfort is the best. They have us the best price and service at my in-laws, and my neighbor got a whole new system and was extremely happy with the service. Called the office on a Thursday in kind of an emergency situation after another HVAC company quoted us through the roof! They sent a technician out as quick as they could, did a complete system diagnostic and gave us extremely competitive pricing! Just had our unit installed the morning in under 2.5 hours! Thank you so much Chris and Ryan for taking care of us in such a timely manner!!!
