Truck broke down on the side of the roadCalled for a tow and service for some reason, the lady in the dispatch department felt like being grumpy rude not real respectful so change my mind. I’m not doing business there. Just thought I’d share my experience with people who are thinking about doing business with this company in the future.
Great service, fast and fair price
I have used Texas Truck & Trailer a couple of times for work on my 2018 F250 Limited and have been very satisfied with the quality and the price. Ray, the shop manager, is very responsive and knowledgeable and Sam, the technician who worked on my truck, is very thorough and professional. I like the quality and the price. I definitely recommend Texas Truck & Trailer!
I have been taking my diesel pusher motor home to texas truck and trailer. Their fees are significantly less than the freightliner service center. I also think that Ray and his crew do a much better job than the franchised service centers. Ray has worked on my coolant system, my suspension and also my diesel engine. Ray also assisted when i had an engine issue when traveling in Lubbock. He got on the phone with me and provided guidance when my engine light came on. I highly recommend texas truck and trailer!
