My husband asked me to leave some feedback about his experience with Texas Truck Center. He just picked up the new truck his boss got for him in Monday and he was just blown away. Joey put together a truck that is a diesel mechanic's dream. In addition, when he was explaining everything he gave my husband time to make videos so he won't forget any details. Honestly, I don't think he could be happier!
Was in a pinch for a new service truck. Called in an Joey answered the phone. He was knowledgeable on the product I was looking for, had it in stock and for a fair price. Smooth transaction and quick delivery. Picked it up just in time to get our new tech on the road. We will definitely be adding our next truck to our fleet with Joey at Texas Truck Center. Heck, we even made the Christmas Card! Cheers!
Joey was great to work with. Made the process quick and easy over the phone and with a few emails. When I arrived he was ready with all the details and paperwork I needed to get on my way. He also has called and checked in making sure the truck was good and that I was happy with it.
Great experience… I was honest he was fair. For a moment I forgot I was a customer they were so helpful in positive decisions. There concern for customer satisfaction stood out. 2016 Ram decent pymt. Affordable down.
