I'm writing this review as fairly as possible. In fact, I debated whether to write it at all. I previously used Texas Traditions Roofing in 2019 when Wes was my point of contact, and the experience was phenomenal. Texas Traditions Roofing deserves more than five stars! Thank you for your excellent and professional service. We had several roofing company reps stop by, and Cole Dunaway from Texas Traditions Roofing was different. He is absolutely fantastic! He was helpful, patient, and understanding. We never felt rushed to make a decision. He assessed our roof and managed to make the pricing reasonable (thank you, Cole). Sun City - had a leaking attic vent. A rep was out - on time - and inspected all 6 of the vents. Provided a very fair estimate for just replacing the problem vent or all vents. Received an email shortly thereafter to schedule the work for the following week. The workers showed up - a couple hours earlier than estimated - completed the work and cleaned up. All promises were kept and on-time or early. I find this rare these days. Highly recommend.

Three Comments: Roof - The repair went well. You have a good crew. Senior Discount: At the front end, I asked about a "senior discount". Your reply was you could probably arrange 2 - 3%. When I reminded the front office, you said the contract was signed, which it wasn't, and therefore, no. While my request might have been the first, it should come as no surprise given the area's senior population. While I have no complaint about the repair, I have reason to withhold my recommendation. If you need a local Georgetown roofing expert you should contact Texas Traditions Roofing. I had a small leak in my bathroom ceiling from the recent 5+ inches of rain. The person that scheduled the site visit was very friendly and professional and even though my issue was somewhat minor it was treated as something that needed to be looked at right away.
