I'm writing this review as fairly as possible. In fact, I debated whether to write it at all. I previously used Texas Traditions Roofing in 2019 when Wes was my point of contact, and the experience was phenomenal. Three Comments: Roof - The repair went well. You have a good crew. Senior Discount: At the front end, I asked about a "senior discount". Your reply was you could probably arrange 2 - 3%. When I reminded the front office, you said the contract was signed, which it wasn't, and therefore, no. While my request might have been the first, it should come as no surprise given the area's senior population. While I have no complaint about the repair, I have reason to withhold my recommendation.
