Mr. Jahangir P was exceptional. He was very thorough and explained everything patiently and in detail. We felt very safe buying a car from him. He explained payments, coverages, options, upgrades everything in detail and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. My experience with buying a car at this dealership is heartfelt amd amazing !! Armando Ortiz our salesman proved to be a great salesman. Very personable, sincere iand knowledgeable in the inventory - leading us to the perfect car and at the price we were hoping for. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from your dealership. On September 30th, I purchased a used SUV, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The same day of the purchase, the check engine light illuminated. I promptly contacted your dealership to report the issue and brought the SUV back to your location.
