Very unreasonable staff. We had an overdue payment of like $127 for 6 months that I made best efforts to pay on multiple occasions. The invoice was bugged in their system and their system could not find it in the online customer portal, so I was unable to pay by credit card or electronic check, nor would they take payment over the phone. I sent and had 3 checks returned to me that couldn't get through their snail mail after verifying the address with them multiple times. Chris helped me get a new wheelbarrow air compressor to let us get back to work on a pool tile cleaning job. He even helped me load it up and make sure it started up and ran before I left. Great store, fantastic team. Also, they had the lowest prices on the air compressor.
