About a month ago now. I had ordered takeout from Texas Tony’s. And it was terrible. We spent around $45 with tip for take-out. The St. Louis style ribs were flavorless, dry and the meat stuck to the bone. I had called to complain as we just threw the meal out as it was inedible. The lady manager said she would send us a gift card. After a month we have received nothing. I have contacted them through email and also left a message. No one ever called back. Our third time visiting here (while wintering in Lely for the second year) and each time the food was excellent, as well as the service. Two out of three visits we ate at the bar due to a usual long wait list. Both times we had a great visit with others sitting at the bar, and the bartender was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Texas Tony’s. We’ll be back for sure.
