I received closing disclosures corresponding with the contract that was signed by all parties, until 4 days before closing. The seller called to inform me that the commission will be paid by buyer (my husband and I), but once reviewing the contract, it was incorrect. A few hours later, Meka Dixon, decided to generate a new closing disclosure charging us the realtor commission. We had a deeply disappointing experience with this title company. They demonstrated a complete lack of regard, consideration, and professionalism when it came to honoring the contract closing date — one of the most critical milestones in the home buying process. Despite the closing date being on a regular business day and not a holiday or weekend, the company approved vacation time for their escrow officer without notifying the involved parties.
