Meka Dixon did a wonderful job moving at warp speed on an 11 day Transaction with a 7 day Option Period. I didn't think any title company could get a transaction with those details to close that quickly but my client did not want to extend so she and her team jumped through what I'm guessing were rings of fire and got it done.
