Awesome customer service and attention. Vanessa and Bobby were amazing. If you need rims and tires come see them.
Tire popped right across the street from this business, luckily enough. The service was quick fast and urgent. They even went above and beyond by going and retrieving the popped tire instead of making me remove it and bring it over. Great customer service and care. Definitely recommend this shop for a welcoming experience
I had the best customer service experience the quality of work customer service and empathy and professionalism was 100% in each category. They went above and beyond for me, especially being that I had brain surgery a week ago and my tires got punctured and they fixed it in a timely manner and were absolutely great at what they did and they treated me like a person and I loved how they did their job correctly, and I did not have to critique anything. Will is absolutely amazing and he deserves his flowers while on this earth.... read more
The team was nice and kind but I was waiting for 1 hour to get a new tire, it was too much for me, disappointed ☹
