Good customer service in the beginning to get your application in to get approved. They are overpriced on tires plus they forget about customer service once you purchase from them. And forget about seeing the owner again...you only see him that one time you are purchasing. They really need to have more integrity and care about customers as much as they care making money.
Excellent customer service and staff. Great deals on tires. Highly recommended. Definitely buying next set of tires there.
