No customer service and the employees are rude and blew me off
Had a really good experience here with Mike and Pablo. I highly recommend Texas Tires and will be back.
There were some problems with removing my wheel on the front but mike and his team got it off, there was damage to the hub . I explained to Mike that I wasnt comfortable taking the cost of the new hub so he told me that they with go ahead and pay for it . Thats good customer service.
The wheels off of my Jeep would not fit in the back of the Jeep. I had them put a brand new set of wheels and tires on my car. I come back in a few weeks later with my truck to pick up the wheels. He said sorry you only have four days to pick them up, which was never discussed.! She got lippy with me as soon as I asked about picking up my tires the owner of the shop and then try to fight me. This place is absolutely a disgrace and has zero customer service Bass I would never come here to try to buy anything! Literally chased... read more
