Absolutely Unacceptable Service & Dangerous Negligence! If I could give zero stars, I would. My son visited Texas Tire in Longview last Tuesday and spent $2,200 on brand-new tires and wheels. Less than a week later, while driving to work this morning, a wheel completely fell off due to their negligence. It is obvious they used the wrong size lug bolts and lug nuts, putting his safety—and the safety of others on the road—at serious risk.
