We were out of town and ended up with a flat. Thankfully this was our lucky Sunday because Texas Tires 22 was open. From check in to check out the customer service was impeccable. We were quoted a time of 30 minutes and between Red and Manny, we were out of there in under 20 minutes with a repaired tire.
The sales associate Moody was very knowledgeable of the products they offer and got me a good deal. I got new rims and low profile tires and they look amazing and ride even better. They did an excellent job. Labor cost wasn't enough in my opinion so I tipped them. In other word...VERY affordable. The service was SO fast. The selection is awesome and if they don't have it they can order it. I recommend this Texas Tires to anyone who wants affordable prices, excellent service and the best look for your ride!
Friendly people but workmanship did not match sadly. Had my wife bring in some wheels to get a simple tire mount and balance and sadly after one of the wheels had deep scratches on the face (by no means where the wheels new but they did not have scratches before the install).Not worth fighting over 60$. Just truly disappointed. I recommend using time stamp app prior to taking your wheels here as I failed to do this prior. Also had an incident with one of the dogs they had in the customer lobby. We were visiting in from out of town and got a flat, and Texas Tire was the only place that was open. They were extremely helpful even though they were about to close, and since they didn’t have the tire we needed they were kind enough to send us to another place to get it replaced. Great service all around. Thank you! Plus, they had the nicest dog!
