I hired this lawn care service hoping for regular upkeep, but they’ve been a nightmare to deal with. They constantly miss scheduled appointments and never inform me in advance. When I try to call, I either get no answer or vague promises they don’t keep. Extremely unprofessional.
Very disappointed with the quality of work. They left clippings all over my driveway and didn’t even edge the lawn properly. It looked rushed and careless. I ended up having to clean up after them, which defeats the purpose of hiring a service.
