BEST team I've come across for my son's care. The care and time they put in to see my son succeeding to his full potential is so amazing to witness. My son is getting the help he needs and because of this team, he's going to have a bright future. I'm so thankful as a mother 💙
Went in to get my ADHD medication started again , is been a month and still haven't been prescribed after going to many doctors, and multiple appointments highly do not recommend if ADHD is something you want to get under control
Waste your time and money daughter has been diagnosed doesn’t need diagnostics done just transferred to Texas need med refills they denied her medication expect you to jump through hoops to get back on treatment . Say they don’t have records but could have requested them when we made the appointment two months ago. Or when they rescheduled me the first time instead I drove 45 min to get told sorry we took your money wasted your time but we won’t be providing her ADHD treatment until you jump through our hoops
Dr. Tran is awesome. Really takes the time to understand my kids. I appreciate her and Dr. Jain.
The residents doctors take days if not weeks to get back to the patient. The messages left for doctors regarding medication issues either never get to the doctor or are ignored. The answering service doesn’t convey messages properly to the doctor. The Attending Dr on the Westside not patient friendly either. The us just a dr mill with only new resident drs available for new patients. Very disappointed.
