I feel the same way as many others here: the doctors are very kind, but—thanks to the receptionists and their poor treatment of patients—I am going to take my son out of this clinic. It is the worst; if you have a problem with your baby, they won't see you—they’ll just send you to another clinic. I mean, aren't pediatricians supposed to be there for a reason? Yet when you speak to the receptionists, they treat you terribly—as if they didn't owe their very livelihoods to their jobs.

Every time I call this place I always get attitude from the girls at the front desk . I called just a few mins ago and I told him my need my son needs to get seen and some girl said for what ? It’s my son primary care doctor and place I’ve been going since he was a newborn and there customer service ALWAYS sucks .

The pediatricians are super nice and helpful, but the receptionists are literally the rudest people there. They quite literally act like we are an annoyance. They seem like they never want to work and when they have to do something it’s a bother. I had to get records for my child and the receptionist that day was trying to convince me to get it another way instead of just printing it for me. 1. ‪Any time we need to schedule an appointment for our child it’s impossible to get one. 2. The front desk ladies/people that answer phone calls are rude and don’t care about your children. My daycare had been requesting shot records for my toddler for almost a month and all I’d get is a run around about how everyone was too busy to print it out and sign it. me and my kids had been coming here for years and it was great. then the staff change happened. the docs are still great but the entitled little brats they have as reception are horrible, especial if your phone doesn't accept the qr code "forcing" them to do their job and ready a tablet and gods forbid the tablet freezes and they have to get another one. they act like its going break them to stop playing on their phones and hand you the tablet. then if you try to make an appointment, they give excuse after excuse as to why t... read more
