Called the office today questions concerning my son just for them to hang up on me multiple times
El día de ayer hablé por urgencia para que alguien me respondiera sólo me dijeron que me pasarían a una enfermera y nadie contestó dejé un mensaje de voz y nadie regresó la llamado no lo recomiendo en absoluto!! Deberían de tener personal que ayude en caso de llamadas de emergencia !!
my 4 month old baby had a dr.appointment today and the experience today was terrible ! , the nurse was just so rude. and held my baby down terrible for her shots, that even left her red. and once my baby was crying from her shots , she made a bothered face and left. They need better nurses here.
They never have any appointments available, been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for the last past 8 days and they always tell me they are full. To call the next day because they can't make me an appointment for the next day. Which is ridiculous! My kids Dr is awesome, but their system of making and giving appointments sucks !!
I am beyond frustrated with this clinic. First, I bring my sick 6y/o daughter but they won’t accept her because they don’t accept new patient, that I can understand but the second time I went there with my toddler who is sick and has established account with them, they won’t accept her because one nurse quit. They don’t answer their phone as well to let their patient know about this arrangement. You might as well close your business if you cannot provide service to your patient and to others.
