I was there yesterday and I just love my Dr .. Dr Urtega spent over an hour with me and actually listened to me .. I thought the receptionist's were nice and polite .. I would recommend this place to family and friends ..

My son was seen here over a year ago and I was not overly impressed. I called today to get a copy of his records so we could go somewhere else, and they told me would be a $25 charge and take 8 to 10 business days to be sent. If we wanted the records faxed to a physician it is free. Terrible patient care in my opinion. I won't be back. Lubbock is in desperate need of a pediatric ophthalmologist.
