me and my kids had been coming here for years and it was great. then the staff change happened. the docs are still great but the entitled little brats they have as reception are horrible, especial if your phone doesn't accept the qr code "forcing" them to do their job and ready a tablet and gods forbid the tablet freezes and they have to get another one. they act like its going break them to stop playing on their phones and hand you the tablet. then if you try to make an appointment, they give excuse after excuse as to why t... read more
The Dr.’s are great but you need to hire better front desk staff. When trying to make an appointment they are rude and they didn’t even schedule an appointment when we clearly did. Unprofessional. Wasted everyone’s time. Very Disappointed, I’ll be looking elsewhere which is sad because we all liked the Dr.’s.
Don’t bring your kids here. Front desk and staff is awful. They will laugh in your face instead of helping you.
