Love Dr Arms with OBGYN department. He is amazing, has been the first doctor to actually take me seriously and work to find a solution to many of my issues. Personally would not recommend the Internal Medicine clinic at this location. I end up seeing a medical student (nothing against them at all, everyone has to learn) and a resident at different points during every appointment instead of together, my concerns are not fully addressed and there is a lot of miscommunication.
As a first-time patient at Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso, I had an excellent experience from beginning to end at the OPHTHALMOLOGY CLINIC. I want to start by recognizing the front desk assistant. I was very nervous because I got lost trying to find the office and had difficulty finding parking. Although I had planned to arrive 15 minutes early as requested, I ended up arriving about 4 minutes after my appointment time. She was incredibly professional, patient, understanding, and efficient. El ortocirujano que tengo es excelente Karin Elsharkwaky y solo accede a operar si las condiciones de salud son optimas...eso me hace confiar mucho en él. Y por eso es a quien le confiare mi reemplazo de rodilla.
Doctors are somewhat okay. However, the office staff is very unprofessional, especially their management. Office managers never return calls. Because office staff and their management are the first point of contact, they easily take advantage of when to put a patient on a schedule to see the doctor. These people don't seem to understand that people go to the hospital or university for health reasons.
Dr. Garrison from internal medicine...... that man deserves it all. I am 31 years old and my whole adult life i struggled with stomach issues. I've seen 4 GI doctors in El Paso and he's been hands down the only doctor thats truly listen to me, looked at me and cared enough to diagnose me. Thank you Texas Tech for being so helpful 🙏
