After the way these individuals behaved — mocking a legitimate diagnosis of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome with comments like “Ooo the VA is in trouble,” and then choosing to overlook that diagnosis to protect the VA — I’m done tolerating this. Their conduct is unacceptable, unprofessional, and harmful. As a disabled veteran, I should not be subjected to this kind of stress or disrespect. This review is for the psychiatrist clinic in UMC basement floor. If I could give 0 stars I would. The front office staff doesn’t take their job seriously. Been without anti depressants for over 15 days cold turkey and the lady I spoke to said “ all we can do is resend the rx”. The back story is: previous doctor left had a prescription close to new prescription from a new doctor. It was denied by insurance and express scripts.
