Only one employee that was nice and I enjoyed the company of. None of my appointments were explained to me, the receptionists are inadequate at times, and there's literally only an hour or two a day you can get your lab work done. The other hours are very disappointing as well. They dont stay up-to-date with contact information, nor try all of them. I can’t believe this is even possible!!! 2 hours!!!! Really!!! 2 hours waiting for them to get my call!!!! Why aren’t they even answering ASAP!!! I’m so fustrated right know!
Were do I even begin first the staff in the front are just plain rude not even welcoming, instead they make you feel like your a bother to check in for an appointment, like I said they don't even make you feel welcomed by greeting you instead there like "yes what are you here", and then the doctor visit is Dr. MOORE she is brutally honest and with my experience she made me feel belittled and every opportunity she would get she would always tell the new resident basically my situation is a lost cause, and that me feel horribl... read more
I really appreciate the care I receive at this clinic, but getting in touch with them has been a challenge. They rarely answer the phone, which makes it difficult to get updates on prescriptions or appointments. The first time I was prescribed medication, I had to keep calling because my pharmacy never received it. More recently, I was supposed to get a new prescription, and it’s been a month with no update. I understand things can get busy, but better communication would really improve the patient experience.
Just no, the desk staff was honestly just rude and made the entire process of going here for the first time so confusing. i do not recommend going here for pregnancy at all
