Had a appt with Pediatric Neurology (Jessica Ruiz Balderrama)for my daughter. I arrive at 12:56pm got to 3rd floor as stated on the message they sent me.i get there and they tell me its neurology but for adults i tell them i was looking for pediatric and they tell me to go to 2nd floor down the walk way or whatever and it would be to my right i do that get there and they tell me im at the wrong place to go were ophthalmology is and take the elevators there and go up to 3rd floor(where i just had came from) i tell them that i... read more

I have been pleased with the services received in this department until now. I've been a patient for years, starting with Randolph Schiffer, MD (who was THE best ever). I have been trying for weeks to get prescriptions refilled with no results. I am in extreme pain without these medications. I have made several calls and been told several times they would be refilled, to no avail. My drug store has also tried to get refills, also no action taken.

Had a ton of issues getting them to accept my referral. While waiting for them to get my referral sorted out, my condition worsened to the point I had to go the ER and stay in the hospital for a week. Patient care has been adequate but it's clear they are so busy they do the bare minimum. Now my appointment has been cancelled because my provider is leaving and while trying to schedule a new appointment they hung up on me.
