Irresponsible and don't get surgeries ready it's pathetic and unprofessional
Ignored patients calls and pretty much unreachable. Can't even get a human on the phone just to schedule an appointment!
Don't know if this is every day or not but feel bad for the locals we are from out of town had an appointment do to an accident in this town got there @ 8:30am didn't get checked in until9:25 am and still waiting for them to figure out there own computer systems ain't that something! Not a good first impression!!!!
It's a very large building in a huge complex but there are plenty of employees there to help you find where you want to go.
Dr. Grimes is outstanding! He took time to explain my foot issue clearly, answered all questions without rushing, and his surgery was a complete success. Bedside manner is top-notch, staff is friendly. Highly recommend for orthopedics in Lubbock!
