Been coming to umc for many many years have had 3 kids with them came for a check up for myself waited 40 minutes in the lobby every body was getting called that checked in almost immediately and before me . Just to have to reschedule! The first lady who checked me didn’t check me in or put my information to get called back horrible and they had no explanation as to “why”

This place is a horrible! We come from Midland to see a specialist and we always have problems. We never receive confirmation calls or request for referrals from our primary doctor until we get to our appointment. Then the receceptionist tells us it's our responsibility to have the referrals as if we knew they had not received it. Had they notified us in advance, then no problem. I'm not going to even mention the ridiculous wait times for a 5 minute dr. visit!! We will be looking elsewhere for our medical care!!
They need more help or else u gonna be waiting almost 2 hours to be seen…..
I’ve been going to TTU doctors for 4+ years while in undergrad, and recently as a non-TTU student. No complaints about the doctors themselves, but horrible wait times and underestimated wait times given by staff. I was referred to get a pelvic ultrasound for chronic pain following a normal pap-smear, and was told it would be a quick appt. I took time off work, navigated the huge complex, checked into my appt, waited over an hour, and had to ask the front desk staff numerous times if they were aware I was there.
